To complete your application, you will need:

1. a drivers license or state ID

2. proof of social security number

3. proof of current address.

All our Entertainers are considered independent contractors (1099s) and are responsible for claiming their own taxes. You will be asked to fill out an application and sign an independent contractor's agreement before working with us.

A face to face interview with one of our staff members is required before we begin working with you.
